30-day return window
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging where possible.
How to start a return
- Contact us with your order number and the items you would like to return.
- We will reply with return instructions and the correct return address, please do not send items back before hearing from us, as return addresses vary by item.
- Once your return arrives and is inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Return shipping costs
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the return is on us, we will cover the shipping or refund you without requiring a return where appropriate. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Message us first, the fastest route is usually a return for refund plus a new order, but we will confirm the best option for your item.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, opened earbud tips and items marked as final sale at checkout cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty, in which case we will put it right immediately.
Refund timing
Once processed, refunds appear on your statement within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, then arrive in 5-15 business days depending on your location and the items ordered. You will get a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
Will my items arrive together?
Not always. We work with several fulfillment partners, so items in one order may ship separately and arrive on different days, at no extra shipping cost to you.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, every order over Rs 7,500 ships free, no code needed. Orders under that ship for a flat Rs 500.
What is your return policy?

How do I track my order?
Every order ships with tracking. Use the link in your shipping confirmation email, or open the order from your account page for live status.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within a few hours of placing your order and we will do our best, once an order is in processing with our fulfillment partners it can no longer be changed.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards, bank transfer, and cash on delivery in supported regions. The options available for your address are shown at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently deliver across Pakistan. International shipping is on the roadmap, follow the journal for the announcement.
