1. Agreement

By using this store and placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our privacy, shipping, and returns policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will be refunded in full and notified.

You confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are authorized to use your chosen payment method. Please double-check your delivery address, we cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

3. Products

We work hard to photograph and describe products accurately, but colors can vary between screens and minor details may differ from images. Measurements and specifications are listed on each product page. Products are offered for personal use unless agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in PKR and may change without notice. The price charged is the one displayed at checkout when you place your order. Payment is handled by our secure payment providers, we never store card numbers.

5. Shipping & delivery

Delivery estimates on our shipping page are good-faith estimates, not guarantees, carriers and peak periods can occasionally add time. Items in one order may ship separately at no extra cost. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

6. Returns & refunds

Our returns and refunds policy, including the 30-day window, condition requirements, and refund timing, forms part of these terms. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this store, text, images, logos, and design, is our property or licensed to us, and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the store: no fraud, scraping, interfering with the site's operation, or using it for unlawful purposes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or affects your statutory consumer rights.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here applies to orders placed after it is published.
